If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange or coupon of equivalent value. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include any tags and labels, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. We recommend using a carrier that offers insurance for the full value of the item, as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund or exchange within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at our expense.
